i tried a new iPhone 4S case on in the store last week (9 months later), and I was so impressed by the fit I bought it even though I plan on buying the iP5 in the next year. The mute switch now fits perfectly, and the iphone 4s case fits so tight it feels incredibly solid. It has been so long since I put the first one on that I can't remember if the original one fit this snug or not. I also noticed they widened the flash opening since the original which is a large improvement over the unusable pictures I used to get if the flash was on. Either way the case is so cheap that if it does wear out every 4-6 months, it is still worth it.
