When we heard that German Telekom was offering pre-orders for the new iPhone back in September, we had no thought that they would start off delivering devices early. 1 such lucky gentlemen received his iPhone 4S early today and was kind enough to share the requisite unboxing photos.

Absolutely nothing right here on the device that genuinely distinguishes the S' from the run with the mill iPhone 4. That's not to say that jealousy is not running rampant.
